At what time is the check-in & check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
If you arrive earlier, you can leave your bags with us and relax at the café, while waiting for your room to be ready.
If you need a late check-out, please ask at the reception. If the room is available that day, we can arrange it for an extra fee.
How far the beach is from Mahalo?
The beach is just 30 meters from the resort. Simply exit Mahalo, take the small path to the right, and within a few steps, you’ll be facing the ocean.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes! We are pet-friendly. There is a $20 fee per pet. Please ensure your pet is calm when in public areas.
Is there parking at Mahalo?
Yes, we have secured parking in front the resort, monitored by a security guard.
There is also a large, safe parking area outside, and our guard does regular night patrols, so you can park your car outside without any concerns.
Can I easily access to Mahalo with a small car?
Yes! Since the construction of the new road, all types of cars can access Mahalo easily.
Is there a place to eat in Mahalo?
Yes! We have an in-house café called Mahalo Café, where you can enjoy breakfast everyday from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
For lunch and dinner we can recommend you plenty of options to eat around our area for everyday of the week.
We are a large group. Can you accommodate us?
We can host up to 4 people in our villas and 2 people in our suites. If you are a larger group, you can book two villas together or a villa and a suite to accommodate everyone.
Is the cleaning service includes in the reservation?
Yes! Cleaning is included at check-in and check-out.
For stays longer than three days, we offer a cleaning service every three days.
Is the breakfast included in the reservation?
Breakfast is only included for the reservations of the suites that doesn’t come with a kitchen.
Is the area safe?
the area is very safe and peaceful—the perfect place to relax and recharge during your vacation.
Do we need a transport or is everything within walking distance?
There are many restaurants nearby that you can reach on foot, either by road or along the beach.
If you plan to surf or explore the area, we recommend renting a motorbike for easy transportation. We can connect you with a rental company upon arrival.
